I know what it feels like to spend decades battling with your body.

I grew up surrounded by diet culture: Weight Watchers weigh-ins, “good” vs. “bad” foods, the belief that skinny was everything. I had labelled myself as the "chubby one" and like so many women, associated my weight with my worth.
​
It led me down a painful path - constant dieting, binge eating, and punishing exercise in order to be "happy". But no matter what I tried, I never felt good enough or at peace in my body.
​
It took years of therapy, personal development, and discovering a new approach to movement that actually worked for me and my body (hello, weight training!) to finally break free. I rebuilt my relationship with food, learned how to nourish my body instead of punish it, and found a way to feel strong and confident in my own skin.
​
Now, I coach women 35+ who are stuck in that same cycle - women who’ve tried every diet out there; who are finding that their body is changing and feel frustrated that nothing seems to work; and who are ready for something that actually lasts.

Through my Optimal Body coaching programme, I use my Empowered Eater Framework to help you lose weight, repair your relationship with food, and build habits that work for your life (and your changing body) - so you can stop dieting and start living.
