I've been on my own roller-coaster of a diet and fitness journey over the years and I truly understand what it is like to be unhappy in your body. There's a minefield of confusing information out there. From crash diets to cutting carbs, to endless cardio, I've done it all! And it's a miserable and frustrating place to be when you hate what you see in the mirror and feel like the obsession with food and your weight has taken over your life. I never thought I'd break free from that.  But through my experience, my own extensive personal development, and my qualifications, I’ve learnt to cut through the overwhelm, stop the struggle and finally find peace. My weight has stayed the same for years at a place I am happy with, fuelled by a lifestyle that works for me.

My clients are women in their 30s and above who have grown up surrounded by diet culture – constantly hearing messages of “must eat this”, “don’t eat that”, “I must be thin or skinny, to be successful, popular and so on”. Whether consciously or subconsciously these messages have stuck, and led us to develop unhealthy habits and poor relationships with food and our body.

Now my clients understand that feeling good in their body is not about blindly chasing a number on a scale, but instead creating a lifestyle full of nourishment not punishment, balance not “all or nothing”, and above all, enjoyment  – and that their optimal body is the output of all of that.

Optimal Body

Optimal Body is my 1-1 coaching programme that will help you stop the eternal battle with your body, and finally reach your optimal weight. It's designed to equip you with the knowledge, mindset and tools so that in 12 x weeks (or less), you can make peace with food and your body, and finally ditch the diets for good.

​When you join, you’ll experience high touch support and accountability throughout the whole programme, with weekly 1-1 coaching sessions. Each week we’ll focus on a different topic, and you’ll receive valuable resources that enable you to keep implementing what you learn long after our time together. My focus is on educating and empowering YOU to make the lasting change you desire.

Build a solid foundation of nutritional knowledge that many diets and influencers fail to provide. Together, we’ll strip away the emotions, myths, and overwhelm, helping you understand what food truly nourishes you and aligns with your goals—without any restrictions.​

The programme will start and end with an hour long deep dive coaching session, and you’ll receive 10 x further sessions of 30 to 45 minutes each, depending on the topic covered, where we will celebrate your progress and address challenges to keep you moving forward.

No gym needed! Let’s face it, how many times have you tried to stick to a punishing gym routine that you just hated?? That’s not going to work, so let’s find what will! We look at exercise from the perspective of movement – and find a form that works for you and your lifestyle. That could be anything from walking the dog, to dancing, to rock climbing, to open water swimming!

Frequently Asked Questions

DO YOU PROVIDE A STRUCTURED EXERCISE PROGRAMME?

No - this is not an online personal training programme. As a qualified Personal Trainer I can answer questions and help you find the right exercise for you, but a focus of my programme is to identify exercise and movement that works for you, fits into your life, and helps you get to your goals. This can be anything from walking to climbing to dancing, as well as a structured and progressive gym programme. It all depends what works for you!

DO YOU PROVIDE A MEAL PLAN?

No - I will provide you with all the information and support to help you create a way of eating that is flexible, sustainable, enjoyable, and in line with your goals. Many clients have followed so many diets and plans that they are no longer able to trust their body and what it really needs - so this is one of our main areas of focus that we will work on together.

DO I NEED TO TRACK MY CALORIES?

This will depend on person to person. I don't advocate calorie counting in the long term however I will introduce it in the programme if needed for a period of time, if this makes sense to do so.

CAN I KEEP THE INFORMATION THAT IS SHARED WITH ME DURING THE PROGRAMME?

Yes! All the information shared with you becomes yours to keep so you can refer to it whenever needed as you continue on your journey of success.
