I've been on my own roller-coaster of a diet and fitness journey over the years so I understand what it is like to be unhappy in your body. There's a minefield of confusing information out there. From crash diets to cutting carbs, to endless cardio, I've done it all! DO YOU PROVIDE A STRUCTURED EXERCISE PROGRAMME?
Yes, if this is required - I will provide structured and progressive strength and conditioning workout programmes for you to follow outside of your time with me.
DO YOU PROVIDE A MEAL PLAN?
No - I will provide you with all the information and support to help you create a way of eating that is flexible, sustainable, enjoyable, and in line with your goals. Many clients have followed so many diets and plans that they are no longer able to trust their body and what it really needs - so this is one of our main areas of focus that we will work on together.
DO I NEED TO TRACK MY CALORIES?
This will depend on person to person. It is a useful tool that I often introduce for periods of time during the programme.
CAN I KEEP THE INFORMATION THAT IS SHARED WITH ME DURING THE PROGRAMME?
Yes! All the information shared with you becomes yours to keep so you can refer to it whenever needed as you continue on your journey of success.
